Emyr has over 25 years experience as a Multi-Camera Director, with clients ranging from Sky, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, S4C, PBS, MTV and all of the major record labels.
His most recent awards include a Bafta nomination for Best Live Event for Life Drawing Live! with Joe Lycett and a Bafta Best Entertainment Award for Luke Evans Showtime! with Nicole Scherzinger, LeAnn Rimes, Olly Murs and Beverley Knight.
Emyr was originally trained over a nine month period by ITV, when broadcasters invested in multi-camera training. He has a passion for training new directors and has brought on at least six multi-camera directors, both male and female, and helped others along the way. He has also conducted several single and multi-camera courses for BBC Cymru Wales in Cardiff.
Emyr is currently working on remote directing solutions to aid the environment, in partnership with Afanti Facilities.
